telc exams A1
 Do you already have basic knowledge of German and want to prove it by taking the telc German A1 exam?
 You need a passed telc German A1 exam, for example, to apply for family reunification. If you already live in Germany and want to live here with your spouse from abroad, they will need a visa that allows spousal reunification . Basic German language skills are required for this, which you can demonstrate with the telc German A1 certificate.

 How is the telc A1 exam structured?
 The exam consists of a written and an oral part and takes place
 It takes place on the same day. The written exam lasts 65 minutes. Afterwards, you will take the oral exam.

 The written exam consists of:
 • Listen (20 min.)
 • Reading and writing (45 min.)

 This is followed by the oral exam, usually with three other people.
 So, the four of them will be tested over a period of 11 minutes.
